All the deets: Coffee + Cords is a Sunday morning voice practice group for the local transgender and gender non-conforming community. Participants should currently be completing gender-affirming voice training or have completed it in the past with a trained professional (e.g. speech pathologist, vocologist, etc). The group will be facilitated by Kristin Jones, M.A., CCC-SLP, a speech pathologist specializing in gender-affirming voice. This will be a dedicated time and place where you can come and be in community to practice your gender congruent voice for maintenance, refinement, or simply just practice. Light refreshments (including coffee!) will be provided.
When: The 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, from 11:00 am-12:30 pm.
Where: Our office location in west Nashville. For safety and privacy, directions will be sent to you after we receive your registration.
Cost: $25 per meeting
