We are happy to help provide additional information that may assist you when contacting your insurance company.

For payment of private pay services, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, check, and FSA and HSA cards. Additionally, for private pay clients and in compliance with the No Surprises Act, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) at time of initial evaluation. This is provided to give you a best estimate of cost of treatment. More information on the No Surprises Act and GFEs can be found here: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises

*Please contact us to inquire about specific evaluation and treatment rates, as they vary with type of treatment.

*If you are uninsured or looking for gender-affirming voice services and your insurance does not cover this, please reach out and we will try to assist you in finding potential grant options to offset the cost of treatment.
